Inspection

For all parts manufactured at our facility, we have a formal process implemented for incoming, in-process, and final inspection. We have been an ISO-9001:2008 registered company since 2004, and take that process very seriously.

We have the latest testing and inspection equipment to measure all parts, as well as a fully CNC Co-ordinate measuring machine for dimensional and GD & T requirements.

Our 36" x 48" Mitutoyo CMM is complete with inspection software and a universal Renishaw Probe, capable of measuring the most intricate of parts. Our facility also has a a fully functional calibration program to ensure the maintenance of our inspection equipment. Through our extensive network of partnerships we can also extend inspections services to include: Material Hardness, MAG particle inspection, LPI, Proof Load and many other value added services.

Inspection reports and certificates of conformance are available at any time by request.
