BJ Machine And Tool is a full service CNC Machining facility, and we currently posses a full range of equipment to meet the needs of our diverse customer base across North America.

Our CNC Machining center can manufacture a range of parts from the smallest prototypes to larger 3D Milling requirements. High horsepower and faster spindle speeds have allowed us to take on a full range of work, meeting the strictest industry standards.

Our CNC Turning has a 10" chuck, and 20" between centers. Our Turning center has a large internal bore allowing for a broader scope of work that can be performed.

In addition, we also have a full range of conventional machines, which include:

Lathes: We have the capability to turn parts up to 32" diameter in swing and up to 96" in length.

Milling Machines: We have both vertical and horizontal machines to handle the full scope of milling operations, complete with rotary attachments.

Our Surface Grinders are capable of handling parts up to 8" wide and 24" in length.

Radial drilling with a 4 foot arm.

Our fabrication department is complete with both Mig and Tig Welding capabilities. To compliment our fabrication department, we have wire and tube bending capabilities, along with stamping and cutting equipment.

We have a fully CNC Coordinate Measuring Machine which has a 36" x 48" table and a fully universal Renishaw head.
